What
In our Youth Sports Performance small-group classes, we support athletes 12 years and older whether they are just beginning to train or becoming an elite and/or D1 athlete. Each athlete in the group is trained at the necessary level for advancing their skills and reaching their personal goals. All athletes under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the beginning of their first session.

Training Focuses
Each session is centered around one of the following: Stability, agility, hand-eye coordination/ Injury prevention/ Increasing body strength and confidence/ Running technique, speed work and endurance/ Overall Division 1 preparation and mental fitness
About Your Head Trainer
In high school, Garrett was a dual-sport athlete. In addition to playing football, he was on the Varsity lacrosse team all four years, won the North Coast Championship, was a two-time EBAL and an All-American player. The July following his sophomore year of high school, he committed and received a scholarship to play Division 1 Lacrosse on the east coast.
He also attended Chapman University, continuing to play lacrosse at the club level and graduated in 2021. Outside of lacrosse, he trained Jiu Jitsu and endurance sports which led him to racing in his first ultramarathon. He competed and placed 15th overall in the Kodiak 50 mile Ultramarathon (Big Bear, CA) a week after his 21st birthday. He ran for over 12 hours and 30 minutes through the mountains of California, quickly climbing up and down and up again with elevations ranging from 6,000 to 10,000 ft that day.

Pricing
Our Youth Sports Performance training is typically $150/month for unlimited class sessions. Right now, we are running a summer promo where it is $99/month for unlimited Youth Sports Performance class sessions. All you have to do is sign up before midnight on July 31.
